Design

Over the next 15 classes, you are going to develop an idea to save the world. You will then develop a website that will help you in that quest, a site that you will design to display on a full-sized screen and a smart phone. This sort of site is called a responsive site.

In order to design this site, you will go through a complete design cycle: definition, research, planning, design, and development (well, you will prototype your site a bit, no coding). At the end of the semester, you will give a well-developed presentation of your site and cause so that you come out of this class with a project that is portfolio-ready, buildable, and ready to be pitched to possible funders.

Here are some final presentation slide shows from past students, so you get the general idea:

Now, please note that I have fine-tuned the project overtime so what some students did may not apply anymore in every way. Fear not, it is going to be spectacular. WELCOME!!
